An interesting question, and you did have one of the three. The Tri-Cities is made up of Petersburg, Colonial Heights and Hopewell, all of which are just south (or just inside the southern portion, depending on who you ask) of the Greater Richmond Metro Area.
What are the Tri Cities? Richmond-Norfolk-Petersburg? I dunno, I am just curious!
