Frank's Fantasy Football: Week Four

Just how ugly can ugly get? Well, I'm still in dead last in our Fantasy Football League, and I'm still without a single win. Yes, it's really ugly.

On the flipside, Frank is sitting pretty without a single loss for the season. The lazy jerk hasn't even had to do anything since we drafted the players.

Of course, the big deal is that Hip beat Uncle Kerouac. Because of their bet, everyone's favorite rainbow-colored, smokin' cat is having to go cold turkey from his precious catnip for a week. I'm scared to see what he'll be like come Monday.

So, what does this mean for our week five matchups? Well, no one's been bold enough to make any wagers... yet. We'll see if that changes between now and Friday. Here's a look at who's facing who.

I've also updated (finally) the standings on the sidebar. Sorry to be so behind this week. The James River Writers Conference is this week in my home city of Richmond, and yours truly is in charge of the travel for all of the out-of-town speakers. It's been a wild ride getting all the pieces into place for this one, too. We'll see if I'm in much better shape than Uncle Kerouac come Monday after all the speakers have gotten back home.

Frank's Fantasy Football: Week Three

I'm starting to wonder just how ugly this whole Fantasy Football thing can get for me. Yes, after suffering a humiliating defeat (by one freaking point!) to Uncle Kerouac in week two, I've fallen to 0 and 3 against Ted E. Bear. I will say, though, that losing to him was slightly less depressing. Here's a look at the final scores from Week Three of Frank's Fantasy Football.

Frank is still hanging onto his undefeated status, but this weekend, he goes against Ted. We'll see if the toughest stuffed animal in Richmond can take down everyone's favorite blue-striped cat.

Poor Hip isn't doing so well either. Even though he's not winless (like me), his Claritin Flames got spanked pretty bad by Frank's Richmond Bad Cats.

Next week isn't looking much better for me as I face Troy Goode's Tri-Cities Terrors. I have a REALLY bad feeling about this.

Football Philosophy

Thanks to those who offered their Fantasy Football questions to Uncle Kerouac on Twitter. We'll have to do this again sometime.
