I'm actually pulling for Michigan State (gotta go with a Big 10 team) to win the whole thing, but I think I'm going to have to cheer for Villanova to beat NC, just for Uncle K. So just to clarify...even if Villanova doesn't win the championship, just beats NC, Uncle K. wins the challenge?

Yeah, it's true. A cat, high on catnip and aided by the combined lack-of-sports-intellect power of my children, has a chance at winning the Bracket Battle. Even if Villanova loses in the championship, as long as they beat UNC, he'll win by at least one point. If Villanova makes it to the championship and wins, he'll obliterate the rest of us.
Seriously. All of Uncle K's picks are based on the mascots (teams with cats were his favorite). What are the odds???
Thank goodness I did not read this entry until after the games had been decided, I might have gone sleepless for a night or two :o)
Haha! I just read your reply, Bill. Alas, it was not to be, and NC handled 'Nova quite easily. Is it kind of sad and creepy that I thought about Uncle K. when watching the game? :)
