Bracket Battle 2012 is Upon Us!

What? Did you think I'd forgotten? No, "Wildcat's Lair" fans, the Bracket Battle has returned for 2012. We had to get one more in before the end of the world, after all.

This year's tournament will be a crowded one with ten brackets in play, including one put together by my son and daughter (assuming they don't kill each other trying to make their picks). The battle won't interrupt the ongoing storyline of "Frank & Hip Get Steampunked," but that doesn't mean I won't be sneaking in a few episodes devoted to the Bracket Battle. That means it's going to be a busy month in "The Wildcat's Lair," so buckle up, get your brackets set and let the games begin!

Oh, and before I forget... Put something on that computer of yours. Here. Let it wear the wallpaper I've got below (in all the appropriate sizes) so your computer doesn't have to live in shame while you stare at its naked pixels.

Thursday Randomness: Frank & Hip Get Steampunked

It's just six days from the start of the next big storyline for "The Wildcat's Lair." This particular event, "Frank & Hip Get Steampunked," is really testing the limits of my graphic artwork. I've done more prep work for these episodes than I have for any other. For today's "Thursday Randomness," I'm giving you another sneak peek and some wallpaper to get your computers into the spirit of things to come.

First things first, let's give you a look at an image from what will be episode two of this series.



So just who are these two guys, and what do they have to do with anything? Well, you'll have to wait find out. Their appearance will be brief but potentially important. I say "potentially," because I'm still plotting out the details for this one.
